Delivery

Postage costs are automatically calculated at the checkout, and you will see the total cost before committing to buy. When we ship your order, we will notify you to let you know it's on its way. Our current processing time is 3-5 days, as all of our products are handmade to order. 

 

Shipping (UK)

Postage within the UK will be provided by Royal Mail, first class post. 

 

Shipping (Export)

Postage to the Rest of the World will be provided by either Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, USPS or Fedex (this is our usual shipping partner, however other couriers may be used). Shipping within Europe generally takes 5-7 working days, and the Rest of the World is 7-10 working days. 

 

We do our best to meet these delivery aims, but of course we can't guarantee them once your order has been handed over to the postal service. Occasionally parcels do get held at customs for checking, but these should only add a couple of days to the delivery time. 

 

Can I pay for faster delivery?

Yes, you can. Just get in touch, and we can provide a quotation for net day UK delivery, or expedited international services.

Import duties and taxes

You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. It is therefore imperative that you leave us your email address, so that you can be contacted in these circumstances. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
