We really hope you love our products, but if for some reason you need to return the order, we’re here to help. 


If you want to return an order you must contact us within 14 days after receiving the order, and you must notify us via email. 


The order must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt and the items must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unused, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. In the case of incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, your statutory rights apply. If your order is customised however, this will only apply in the case of incorrect/faulty items. 


Returned goods will be exchanged or refunded (minus the delivery cost and any other relevant costs incurred). Once your notification email has been received, a return address will be provided. 


Please include your name and order number and mark returned packages as 'RETURNED GOODS'. This helps us avoid unnecessary custom charges and speeds up the returns process.


The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility. We recommend you use registered delivery and keep a receipt as we cannot accept responsibility for orders lost or damaged in transit by a third party and so you will be liable for any damage or loss.
